We do not have a particularly proud track record when it comes to our people. While we have nurtured some of the best PR talent in the UK today, we have often done so at the cost of long working hours, within a tough 'success' mindset, and often without the right sort of support systems that, today, are considered fundamental to every well-run business.

But things have changed dramatically and for the better. Without wishing to sound contrived or clichéd, we now have an absolute focus on our people – committed to their development and progress.

In 2007 JCPR's training and mentoring programme was considered Gold Standard for Edelman worldwide. Highlights of the JCPR People Programme include:
